About Me
I am a natural light photographer in the Shenandoah Valley. I love capturing special moments in your life whether it be graduating from high school, marrying your best friend, beginning the adventures of parenthood or documenting those milestones in your little one's life. Sometimes those special moments are simply getting your family together for some updated photographs for your home. It's so special for me to get to know my clients and have the opportunity to capture moments for them at different points of their lives. Watching kiddos (or adults!) grow up in front of my camera is so very special.
I first picked up a camera in high school when I was head editor of the yearbook. Even then, I loved capturing and preserving moments. I took photography classes through college hoping to one day put them to more use than simply capturing moments in passing in my own life. Then when I had my daughter Ava, I found myself picking my camera up more and more. After buying an upgrade, I was hooked! And the rest they say is history.
I am currently a first grade teacher in Rockingham County. Photography is my side passion that gives me opportunity to be creative and provide an artistic outlet. My favorite models to photograph are my two sweet girls, Ava and Quinn, who tolerate and grin for my camera with "minimal" fussing. :) I would be honored to be a part of documenting the moments for your family and creating images that can last a lifetime!
